In 1994 SIA “Ķeizarmežs” took over the former Riga Railway station’s (RVR) stadium. (RVR) stadium was an important part of North district culture, educational and sport sphere. Sport center was used by Mežapark school students, professional sportsmen, and teams. There was the cooperation set up between hotel “Ķeizarmežs” and the estrade of Mežaparka.

Nowadays a lot of sport centers are not in a good situation and have lost their interest. Thanks to enthusiasm of several people was established the sport and relaxation complex center “Ķeizarmežs” based on RVR .
